Part dry or towel-dried hair into sections, apply the serum directly to the scalp with the precision applicator, then massage gently until absorbed. There is no need to rinse. Follow the directions on the box for how often to use it.
Hair grows slowly, so give any scalp routine time and use the serum consistently as directed on the box. Results vary from person to person. The serum is a cosmetic product, not a medical treatment.
